christmas..

We had such a great (and busy) Christmas. This was Brenna's first Christmas and we had so much fun with her. She did pretty well with all the craziness and the parties.
We spend Christmas Eve with the Wentworth's where dessert is always fondue :) Here's a couple of pics...

Just before we headed to the Rosser's, we opened gifts as a family. Santa brought Brenna an Elmo, and a few other things. Here she is getting aquainted with him.

What a great year it has been. We are truly blessed. Now we're looking forward to Brenna's 1 year birthday!!

11 months

I just can't believe she's almost a year old! It has gone by so fast.

two kids.....

Like I could ever have a second kid. Turns out I was right.
I got to babysit my nephew Cole on Tuesday and Thursday all day. Actually Cole did very well, Brenna on the other hand.....

We had fun and it was fun to watch them play together. But I got nothing done. In some of the pictures you will notice that I am still wearing my PJ's :) At least I got a quick shower. But look how happy they are. They would fight over toys and Brenna would swat at Coley's head....ah, good times.

This kid is a snuggler and I love it! I think Brenna got jealous because now she gives me a lot more loves. Look at this face

Ross' dad got him a new golf club the other day, the one he's been wanting forever. He gave it to Brenna to play with :)....daddies.
She loved it!! She was giggling and screaming and waving it around. It was pretty funny.

She kept saying "ba" and then eating it.
Maybe we have a future golfer? Daddy would love that.

thanksgiving

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving over at the Wentworth's. We had a lot of family there and it was so much fun eating and catching up! We have so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving and the biggest blessing has been Brenna.....love that girl SO much!

I decided to put Brenna's hair in curlers :) Just to see if they would work. They did, she looked so cute. Of course, by the end of the day, they were gone.

I guess it wasn't really a game after the 3rd quarter, but we still had fun watching it :) Here's Allie (the Ute) and Brenna (the Coug).

We finally got a good one of Brenna sitting down. That doesn't happen much these days!

10 months

I'm a couple days late in posting this, but better late than never. Brenna turned 10 months old the other day. She is getting to be so big!
Here she is giving daddy loves. For some reason, she puts her hands behind her back when doing this.

And here's her cheesy. Notice the pillows in the background, they help block her in the living room!

And finally...she got her first tooth, AND she took a couple of steps by herself!! I don't know if I'm ready for a toddler :)

We had such a fun Halloween!! It's so much more fun with a kid :) Brenna was a turtle and she did really well in the costume.
