I love this time of year when the weather is warming up and spring is here! I also love Easter! I have a lot of fun memories of Easter egg hunts that my Grandma would have for us, all the candy and of course a new Easter dress! Even though Brenna is still too young to know what is going on, my mom hid Easter eggs around the yard, while Hallie helped put them all in Coley's and Brenna's baskets. It was so cute and so fun! Here's some pics of the hunt..Brenna got too excited and fell asleep!

Happy Anniversary!
Today is our 5 year anniversary! It just seems like yesterday when we met at Hires. That's right folks. Met my husband doing what I love to do...eat! And my life has never been the same. I am married to an amazing guy! I am SO blessed to have him for eternity. I found this list of things that I wrote before we were married. I guess I was bored at work one day and listed everything that I love about Ross. Here's a few....remember it was a LONG time ago!

2 months!
Brenna is 2 months old today! She had her Dr. appt today, which meant shots :( Not very fun for her or for mom. When the nurse gave her the first shot and Brenna started screaming, I kindof got a little teary...I always thought that I wouldn't be one of those moms who cries when her baby gets shots ( I saw it all the time at the dentist office!) But here I was, getting weepy! She quickly stopped once I picked her up and loved her. But, she is healthy and strong, here are some stats:
Weight: 12lbs 3oz. (85%)
Height: 24in. (94%)
Head: 40cm. (82%) her head seems big to me!
Brenna is such a fun and FIESTY little girl. Some things she loves right now:
-her tongue...still
-baths
-her binky
-TV......don't judge
-car rides
-being swaddled
-her daddy...he's so much more fun than mommy!
We can't believe that she is 2 months! Sigh. Where does the time go? She is so fun and we are so glad she is a part of our family. Love you baby girl!

Taking a walk
It was such a nice day that me and Brenna decided to take a walk! We walked around Liberty Park and enjoyed the sunshine. Here she is bundled up before we set off.

Brenna's blessing day
We blessed our baby girl on Sunday. It was such a wonderful day, and Brenna looked so cute in her dress. Thanks for everyone who came! We are blessed with such a great family and friends. Here's a couple pictures of the day.....sorry about the blurries.
